Discussion on Positive Behaviour Support Procedures

8 Jan
Discussion on Positive Behaviour Support Procedures 27th November.

A Child Protection Policy (CPP) is one of the most important policies especially when working with children with disabilities. Implementation of the policy and adopting it as a 'living document' is equally important. Our CPP framework had us giving much thought as to how we should better handle challenging behaviours present in children and especially those with ASD in a manner that safeguards both the child as well as the professional.

All staff of FHO including Admin and support staff met to workshop ideas and draft positive behaviour support procedures that can be incorporated in to the CPP framework.
