Ashna has a background in Community Development and Media & Journalism. She has six years of experience working with children with disabilities and has lead major projects such as the COVID-19 Response project, CSV Hub Project focusing on Child Protection and Immunization Research Project. Ashna holds a vital position within the organization, dedicated to ensuring the safety and well-being of children. Her responsibilities encompass educating parents and staff on child-safe conduct, overseeing incident reporting, and conducting home visits for at-risk children. She conducts parent counseling and coordinates support services. Additionally, Ashna collaborates with external agencies to provide aid, housing repairs, and essential support services, all aimed at creating a secure and nurturing environment for the children under the organization's care. Ashna has been recently tasked to lead the physiotherapy team as well.
